REACH EU Regulation (EG 1907 / 2006)    

With REACH, the EU Regulation (EC 1907/2006) on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals entered into force on 1st June 2007 and is valid in all Member States.

The REACH regulation is intended to achieve a higher level of protection for people and the environment. As a supplier of mechanical products, we are a downstream user and are not obliged to pre-register substances.

Required registrations are carried out by our suppliers.

We do not have any information that the products sold by PMG GmbH contain substances of very high concern or that permissible maximum values are exceeded.

RoHS 3 , Directive 2015/863/EU

PMG GmbH is supplier of spring probes and rigid pins, which are used in electrical and electronic equipment.

Directive 2011/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 1st July 2011 and replaced Directive 2002/95/EC on 3rd January 2013.

The list of hazardous substances was supplemented by 4 additional substances on 4 June 2015 by Directive 2015/863/EU.

The definitions in Article 2 of Directive 2011/65/EU regarding the scope of application for

Electrical and electronic devices do not apply to the products of PMG GmbH.

To the best of our knowledge, the products supplied to you neither contain any substances in concentration or application whose placing on the market is prohibited according to the applicable requirements of Directive 2015/863/EU, nor correspond to the exceptions mentioned in the EU Official Journal L123 dated 18 May 2018.
